Projects & Work Artifacts

This page brings together documents, reports, and materials from projects I’ve contributed to over the past several years — spanning compliance and risk management, child welfare, refugee services, and community development across Zambia and the United States. Feel free to look through the documents below for a closer look at the work behind my experience.

A Note on AI Integration Across My Work

The projects and artifacts on this page span two distinct eras of my professional practice.

Earlier work (2016–2022) — including refugee services reports, child welfare transformation plans, and community development initiatives in Zambia — was completed before I formally integrated AI tools into my workflow. These documents reflect the depth of my field experience, analytical thinking, and writing ability developed over years of direct program work.

More recent work (2023–present) — including grant development, compliance frameworks, and organizational analysis completed in the United States — was produced with AI as a deliberate part of my professional toolkit. In these projects, I used AI to accelerate research synthesis, strengthen grant narratives, identify regulatory gaps, and pressure-test compliance recommendations. The final work reflects my judgment; AI helped me work faster and think more rigorously.

Coming soon: I am currently developing healthcare compliance projects that I am not yet able to publish publicly. Because this work involves sensitive regulatory environments — including HIPAA privacy requirements and protected health information — I am building these materials carefully, with full attention to data governance and ethical disclosure standards. I look forward to sharing sanitized case studies and frameworks here as they become ready for public release.
